CREATING A FACEBOOK APPLICATION

I have an idea. I wouldn’t say that “I have a dream” necessarily. I think that’s taken already anyway. But I do have an idea for a Facebook application. More about the specifics of the app as we get further along in the development process.
What I’d like to do here, is document the process and let other people know the relative ease or difficulty in putting together what I hope is a successful Facebook app. Things that I think we’ll run into along the way are:
- What is success?
- What resources are needed to pull this off?
- Who wants to use an app like this?
- How do we get it in front of their eyes?
- And a ton of others.
As we ride this roller coaster together I’d love feedback and thoughts along the way. If you can think of any roadblocks, or issues along the way, please share them with me. I think that the more input and help I can get, even if it’s just a word of encouragement, the better.
I’m really interested in seeing this. I started to try and investigate the facebook app world, but felt like I was way under qualified. I’ll be checking in and seeing how it goes for you.
