So true that tracking your time becomes more important as you become the one accountable for how your time was spent (i.e. via invoicing for it, or footing the payroll bill, etc.). TSheets.com is great for tracking your time. We try to make it easy to use for the creative folks so it's not such a pain, and yet it's powerful enough for the bookworm in all of us. Excellent observations.
